My work explores the process of transformation within individuals, organizations, and human systems.

I practice user research and strategic insights to inspire change and measure progress. At my best, I craft interventions that spark a shift from contracted to expanded states, accelerate and amplify fresh perspectives, and synthesize learnings into strategies for action. I believe in the the transforming power of good questions, the vitality of deep listening, and the liberating potential of rethinking. I delight in new ideas, insights born from empathy, and changing my mind.
